If an order doesn't turn out the way you hoped, fixing it should take one email — not a fight. This page explains how returns and refunds work at allapplianceshop.
Our 30-Day Free Return Vow
From delivery day, you have 30 calendar days to make your decision. Within that window, returning an item is completely free: no restocking fee, no return postage. ALL APPLIANCE SERVICES, INC. carries every one of those costs.
Eligible for a Free Return
An item qualifies when all of the following are true:
- It's unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- Original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact;
- You can reference your order number or another proof of purchase.
Outside Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, these stay final sale:
- Gift cards;
- Products marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance" at checkout;
- Custom or personalized orders;
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
How a Return Moves
- Send the first email. Contact with your order number and the reason.
- Get your green light. Within 24-48 hours, we confirm eligibility and reply with prepaid return instructions and a label.
- Pass it to the carrier. Pack the item securely first.
- Refund starts. Processing begins the moment the carrier scans your parcel — arrival at our warehouse isn't required first.
A Note on Unauthorized Returns
Please wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back. Returns sent without arrangement can't be matched to your order and may go unrefunded.
The Refund Path
Speed Approved refunds return to your original payment method, typically posting within 3-7 business days. A few banks take a day or two longer.
You're Never Charged Taxes Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach allapplianceshop customers — on orders, returns, or refunds. Those costs are entirely ours.
Refund Not Showing? Past 7 business days without a credit:
- Read your bank or card statement once more;
- Ask your bank whether the credit is pending;
- Still nothing? Email and we'll run it down.
Other Resolutions
Prefer an Exchange? For a different size or color, order fresh and return the original — quickest — or request a direct exchange, arranged free once your return is approved.
Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect? Photo plus order number within 7 days of delivery, and the choice is yours: free replacement or full refund. Usually the original doesn't need to travel anywhere.
Cancelling Early Any cancellation before the carrier takes the parcel earns a full refund. Once shipped, the 30-day return above takes over.
