Handling Your New Order
After payment clears, we prepare your order and hand it to the carrier within 2-3 business days. Weekend and U.S. public holiday orders leave the next business day, and a dispatch confirmation email follows once your parcel departs.
How Long Transit Runs
Standard delivery takes roughly 20-45 days after dispatch, depending on your location and the carrier's schedule. Most U.S. and U.K. customers receive their parcels comfortably within that window. If peak-season congestion slows a shipment, we'll tell you before you have to wonder.
Charges at Checkout
Free Shipping Threshold
- $30.00 or more: shipping is free — every order, every time;
- Under $30.00: a flat fee, displayed plainly at checkout before payment.
The Tax Question
Sales tax, VAT, and customs duties never reach allapplianceshop customers — we absorb them all, so your checkout total is your final total.
Where We Deliver
Delivery currently covers the United States and the United Kingdom. P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses aren't supported at this time.
Tracking When You Want It
Once your parcel is moving, email with your order number and we'll reply with your tracking number plus the carrier's link — and update you whenever you check back in.
Missing Parcel Plan
A parcel stuck in transit or declared lost by the carrier becomes our job to fix, not yours to worry about. Contact ; after a quick verification, we either reship free of charge or refund in full — the ending is always product, money, or both.
Check That Address
One careful look at your delivery address before checkout prevents most problems. Parcels to mistyped addresses aren't our responsibility, but if one circles back to us, we'll gladly resend once you confirm the corrected address.
One Order, More Than One Box
Multi-item orders sometimes travel as separate parcels on different days — never at extra cost. Each parcel carries its own tracking number, available whenever you'd like it.
